Every season is an adventure in sustainable agriculture and the help our part time staff provides is essential. We work together to grow high quality food for our community and love to eat our vegetables. There are many exciting opportunities to learn and develop your farming skills, take home fresh veggies, and enjoy memorable experiences that are difficult to find working a 9-5 job.

Every day is different but our part time crew members can expect to be involved in all aspects of production including planting, weeding, harvesting, packing and bringing produce to market. Attention to detail, efficiency, good communication, and a good work ethic are the requirements of a successful crew member. Experience welcome but not required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn will take you a long way.

We have 2 part time openings on our vegetable farm in Poultney and Castleton. Help us plant, cultivate, weed, irrigate, harvest, wash and pack produce. Some farmer’s market shifts are also available.
We are looking for a couple of energetic folks who are quick learners and can do well in a production-oriented environment.

This is a great opportunity to learn all aspects of vegetable farming while being paid.
