Post-Harvest Coordinator (Sweetland Farm)

Our Post-Harvest Coordinator coordinator is the link between our fields and our customers. They are responsible for putting the shine and personal touch on the sustainably grown produce that keeps our customers happy, satisfied, and engaged with our products. This person is responsible for washing, cleaning, packing, storing, and presenting Sweetland produce for our CSA members as well as for retail sale in our farm stand and farmers’ market. They are also responsible for face-to-face customer service during our CSA pickups, restocking the CSA line, and helping customers find products. Housing available. Competitive wage.
