Seeking 1-2 rural acres to purchase

Home grown herbalist and beekeeper searching for 1-2 acres of partially open, flat land to purchase. Prefer Orange, Windsor or Washington counties. Would LOVE peaceful and friendly, farming/gardening neighbors for collaborating and sharing ideas, projects, produce, etc. I've got a tiny house, and am seeking my homebase and community.
