Seeking small property for homestead + flower farm

Hi there,

I'm looking to buy a small house, cabin or piece of land to homestead and relocate my micro flower farm.  Preferably in Vermont (I like the Calais, East Montpelier area) but am totally open to other places.  Looking for good young farmer community, music scene, close to a decent sized town for market opportunities, and quiet location.  Something semi-affordable and not too far out in the boonies would be great.
