The Center for an Agricultural Economy seeks a Farm Connex Business Manager, with interests and/or experience in logistics, data and relationship management. Working in collaboration with our seasoned Operations Management team in a dynamic work environment, this position will provide direct support to Farm Connex personnel, our producers and customers, manage administration and financial responsibilities, and participate in strategic planning and co-leadership of Farm Connex. This work includes:
-Support of customer relationships, program outreach and communications
-Development & operationalization of annual program budget, business & marketing plan
-Co-manage and support program compliance requirements and deadlines

Position: Farm Connex Business Manager
Reports to: Deputy Director
Schedule: 40-45 hours/week (primarily on-site)
Compensation: Salary range is $55,000-$65,000 (exempt) depending on experience
