Honey Field Farm is a small family farm growing annual and perennial flowers for the garden, organic veggie and herb starts, and 12+ acres of organic vegetables in Norwich VT. We're hiring for multiple positions this year.

- We do not have on-farm housing or camping available. We recognize the affordable housing crisis and the challenges of relocating that seasonal workers face. We do our best to help employees make connections with affordable housing in our area.
Greenhouse Production:
Our greenhouse season is just around the corner and we're hiring full- and part-time positions that run from mid February - early July. Help us start up the greenhouses, transplant thousands of plants, start seeds, water and prune. Short season production is available from mid Feb - end of April. It's truly magical to escape the cold and snow to work in a warm, sunny greenhouse with your hands in the soil. Apply today!
Vegetable Production:
The vegetable field crew is the backbone of the farm growing over 12 acres of organic vegetables for 25+ wholesale accounts and our growing retail markets. From April - November this team grows food from start to finish and maintains the vegetable fields and greenhouses. If you love to move your body, work outside, enjoy physical accomplishments and eating fresh veggies, this is the job for you. Part-time positions are perfect for high school and college students. Farm stand & greenhouse retail:
The retail team is the warm, welcoming face to the farm. From mid-April - early July the farm stand and greenhouses are bouncing with customers. We're looking for full- and part-time team members to assist and check out customers, stock the farm stand, keep retail spaces clean and tidy, and help with basic plant care and maintenance. Gardeners and plant-enthusiasts encouraged to apply! Part-time positions are perfect for high school and college students.
Farmers market assistant:
We're looking for one more person to join our market team for the Norwich Farmers Market on Saturdays May - October. This position supports the market in every aspect, from loading the van in the morning to making displays and doing customer service. Our team has a great time and enjoys taking on each busy market.
