Vermont Farm Kids: Rooted in the Land

“Vermont Farm Kids: Rooted in the Land,” was produced by Maria Reade, a farmer, freelance writer, and photographer, and James Chandler, a local filmmaker. This short documentary depicts the unique and poignant stories of kids and young adults (ages 10-28) who’ve grown up on a farm in Vermont.

The film expresses the importance of what it means to each child to grow up on their own farm, and how those experiences have shaped their lives.
