West Farm is seeking to hire experienced field crew for the 2026 season.
We are looking for experienced workers to join our operation this year. This is an opportunity for those motivated to advance their knowledge and skills on a growing and dynamic farm business.
West Farm is a diversified organic vegetable, perennial nursery, and fruit farm in Jeffersonville, VT. Production is a mixture of regional wholesale and direct to consumer sales through our year round farm store at The Farm Between. Strong emphasis on producing crops without the use of pesticides.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience working with annual crops
Curiosity as well as ability to focus, think critically, and work independently
Positive attitude and ability to work at fast pace
Full time position with a commitment to work 50+ hours during busiest parts of season
Compensation depending on experience and skills
Affordable housing available for rent
Season goes from March through November, off-season work available
