West Farm is a diversified organic vegetable, perennial nursery, and fruit farm in Jeffersonville, VT. Production is a mixture of regional wholesale and direct to consumer sales through our year round farm store. Strong emphasis on producing crops without the use of pesticides.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience working with annual crops
Curiosity, as well as the ability to focus, think critically, and work independently
Positive attitude and ability to work at fast pace
Commitment to work 50+ hours during busiest parts of season
Compensation depending on experience and skills

Season goes from March through November, off-season work available
