Have fun in the kitchen with Farm Fresh Raw Milk!

Join us for a fun afternoon of creating in the kitchen! Raw milk is so nutritious as a stand-alone beverage, but there are so many things that we can do with this wonderful (cow) dairy product. We hope that it will encourage you to find ways to bring more Farm Fresh Milk into your healthy eating.

During the class we will:

  • Learn a few different ways to make yogurt - successfully and consistently.

  • Get introduced to a couple different soft cheeses that are easy and fun to make (Ricotta and Fromage Blanc).

  • Learn tricks for making delicious butter and play with using butter molds.

  • Learn in an intimate setting with a small group; get ready to laugh and taste some delicious creations.

The class will include a handout with all the instructions for the items we will be creating - and more! You will be taste testing all that we will be making and you might even have some leftovers to take home.

Cheese cultures, yogurt cultures, citric acid, butter muslin cloth and a limited amount of Grassfed Raw Milk will be available for sale, so you can start creating delicious treats for friends and family right away.

Cost: $55 per person or 2 people for $100. Limit to 12 people.
