Zymora has nearly 10 years of experience in social equity, community organizing, program development, and working within Vermont’s food system, including growing food on farms, managing garden spaces, developing fellowship programs, operating CSA’s, advocating for BIPOC food sovereignty, and more. She was born in Northampton, Massachusetts, raised in Vermont, the Green Mountain State, with roots Down South by way of Tennessee, Virginia, and Alabama. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Communications with a minor in Critical Race and Ethnic Studies, and a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Vermont. She loves herbalism, being in nature, going to concerts, collecting vinyl, spending time with loved ones, and drinking tea.
