Each year, the NOFA-VT Winter Conference provides a valuable opportunity for farmers, homesteaders, gardeners, earth tenders, land stewards, educators, students, policy-makers, and other food system activists to participate in our vibrant community event by sharing ideas, resources, and skills.
Thank you to everyone who attended our 44th annual Winter Conference at Saint Michael's College, on February 14th and 15th, 2026! This year's conference focused on Seeding the Future—a celebration of the people, ideas, and values growing a more just and resilient food system. We were thrilled to welcome Ira Wallace as our keynote speaker!
The event included over 40 workshops focused on growing a more just and resilient food system—plus a seed swap, affinity groups, roundtables, delicious organic food, live music, community art-making, networking time, a robust exhibitors fair, and more!

Save the Date for the 2027 NOFA-VT Winter Conference!
We look forward to gathering with you all for the 2027 NOFA-VT Winter Conference on February 13–14 at Saint Michael's College in Colchester, VT.
