Full Diet lets you choose all the vegetables, meat, milk, eggs, and pantry items (grain, beans, etc) you need to make 3 meals a day, 7 days a week.
Free Choice means you choose what you need. We don't choose for you.
Four Season means we operate all year round. Vegetables are subject to seasonal availability.
