🌾 Drift Farmstead, LLC

Farm & Garden Land Steward (AKA: Farm All-Star)

Welcome to Drift Farmstead, home of The Vermont Farm and Forest School—where dirt under your nails is a badge of honor and sustainability isn’t a buzzword, it’s a way of life. We take a forward-thinking, hands-on approach to caring for the land and our community, working closely with Vermont’s agricultural network and our own farm to educate folks about food, farming, forests, and the future of this planet.

We’re looking for a Land Steward—a true Jack or Jill of All Trades—to join our farm team. You’ll work side-by-side with our Farm Managers and be right on the front lines of regenerative, organic, and sustainable farming. If you love variety, movement, teamwork, independence, and meaningful work, this might be your dream farm gig.
