Flower Farm Position

Morey Hill Farm, in Craftsbury, VT is hiring 2+ wonderful people to join our team for the 2026 farming season. If you love flowers, are an eager learner, team player, work well independently, and can work hard in all weather, this job is for you. We have full and part time positions available.

Qualifications:

Ability to work outside in all weather conditions

Able to lift 50+ lbs, repeatedly

Valid drivers license

Reliable, consistent and punctual

A sense of humor

Full season commitment

Pay is commensurate upon experience.
