Understory Farm is a small cut flower farm in the Champlain Valley of Vermont, where we grow five acres of flowers and foliage for wholesale markets and our local community.
We are a small team of 4-5 people where we strive to produce beautiful cut flowers and do meaningful work in a positive environment.
We are currently looking for one more person, in a part time or 3/4 time capacity, to work with us in 2026. This job starts first of May and goes through September.
Pay is commiserate with farming and flowering experience and ranges from $18-20/hr
This job is for someone passionate about flowers, farming, working outside, caring about kindness and cultivating an uplifting atmosphere in within a team setting.
