Cedar Circle Farm & Education Center is hiring a Teen Farm Fellowship (TFF) Lead to join our team! This exciting, year-round role combines agricultural production work with youth mentorship and farm-based education.
The TFF Lead will work with the Vegetable Production and Education teams to coordinate this hands-on learning experience for a cohort of teens, organizing service learning projects, supporting the fellows, and acting as a key member of the farm crew throughout the season.

About the Teen Farm Fellowship
The Teen Farm Fellowship at Cedar Circle Farm & Education Center (CCFEC) is a 9-week program, from June to August, providing place-based, hands-on experiences for participants to learn how to manage a small, organic vegetable farm while developing essential job, team building, and leadership skills.
