We are seeking a reliable, hands on, candidate to join our established and growing team.
We are looking for candidates to assist the groundskeeping crew throughout a rural, privately owned estate in the Addison County area.
This is a full time, seasonal position, with the potential for year round work for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- The right candidate will assist the Property Managers and team in overall property maintenance, which, depending on the season, can include mowing/string trimming, brush clearing, trail upkeep and gardening tasks throughout the large estate
- We are looking for candidates who are hard-working and enjoy being outdoors
- Willingness to work in all types of weather (heat, rain, cold)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work independently and as a team, as well as stay motivated and work efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in the agriculture and/or landscape industries
- Experience and comfortability using various types of equipment and machines safely and efficiently
- Ability to communicate effectively and have a positive, team player attitude
- Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record and have the ability to commute
