Looking for land to buy or lease...and cabin rental

Hi all,

I'm looking to buy a small piece of land to build my homestead and re-locate my micro cut flower farm.  Ideally: 5 acres or less, safe from flooding, relatively flat.  Open to a long-term stable lease too.

Also looking to rent a cabin, on-farm apartment, etc this season (spring-fall) near Montpelier.
