Looking for a quiet corner of Vermont farmland for a well-loved tiny house Airbnb

I have a charming, well-reviewed tiny house on wheels that's been a successful Airbnb for a few years, and I'm looking for a new home base in Vermont. Chittenden, Franklin, or Lamoille County preferred, but open to a wider radius.

A quiet spot on a farm or rural property would be ideal. If you have power and water, you could be collecting flat monthly land rent with zero effort on your end — I handle 100% of the hosting: guests, cleaning, pricing, and communications.

If the right small parcel came up for purchase, I'd be open to that conversation too. A co-hosting revenue share arrangement is also on the table if that's more interesting.
