There are units for sale and rent at Cobb Hill CoHousing!
This rural intentional community is comprised of 23 households on 270 shared acres. It's a gardeners and homesteaders paradise, home to Cedar Mountain Farm (dairy, Cobb Hill Cheese, vegetables), plus residents have the opportunity to create other land-based endeavors, like Cobb Hill Mushrooms, Hillside Herbs & Flowers, Cobb Hill Syrup, we have a community flock of 40-50 layer hens, in the past someone has made frozen yogurt, for many years a group of folks grazed Icelandic sheep, others have raised pigs, a group of members recently erected a shared high tunnel, and more! Agroforestry is a current project on the pastures where the cows graze.
While many individuals and families are drawn to the land, it is not required to have a green thumb to move to Cobb Hill! Many skills are welcome, like meeting facilitation, accounting, tinkering of all sorts, firewood stacking, cooking, event planning, and so much more. We have a desire to live our values alongside others and build community together!
