Tup's Crossing Farm is looking to add a part-time milker to the team! We are looking to fill 4 morning shifts a week (Monday-Tuesday am and Thursday-Friday am). We have some limited flexibility to work around the new team member's availability (in switching a Monday morning for a Wednesday morning for example) and the position could potentially be split between two people. Interest in a longer term commitment to the farm is highly desired.
The morning milking shift runs from 4:30am to 7:30-8:00am. Pay starts at $75/shift and will go up to $80 with experience. Work requires being able to work independently, be attentive to details, lift 50lbs, be with dogs, and occasionally wrestle an obstinate goat. Reliability and clear communication skills are a must! We are in Orwell, VT. Serious Inquiries only please.
