CSA Coordinator, Full Season
Full time (40 hours/week) 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday
Seasonal, early April - late November
Pay starting at $19-20/hour
- The CSA Coordinator plays an essential role in growing and distributing great food for our community.
- This is a full-time position for the growing season (April–November) that encompasses the full cycle of vegetable production — from seeding and planting, through harvest, with a special focus on wash/pack and CSA distribution.
- In addition to rotating through field and harvest work, this role includes weekly responsibility for supporting CSA packing logistics, labeling, and distribution coordination.
- Work closely with farm owners and experienced crew members to learn organic farming systems.
- Be an active member of a small team to take on projects, solve problems, and work together.
