Wages range from $20/HR to $26/HR depending on experience. Year round and seasonal positions available. Our sugarwoods are located in Cambridge and Bolton, VT and we are looking for crewmembers to work in both locations.

Requirements :
Ability to work in the woods under variable weather conditions
Ability to hike steep/uneven/extreme terrain
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Willingness to adopt a flexible work schedule during the sugaring season (late January through April), often requiring weekend work and overtime
Proper work/outerwear, layers, and durable boots for all seasons
Willingness to learn new tasks
Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Desired skills and experience :
Maple sugaring experience
Knowledge of proper chainsaw use and safety, including a GOL certification
ATV/UTV experience
Mechanical aptitude
First Aid/CPR/Wilderness Rescue
Basic tree identification
Problem solving skills
Prior experience working in the woods

Schedule:
10 hour shift/Monday - Thursday (7am-5pm)
Subject to change during sugaring season
