We are a 5 acre organic vegetable farm located just outside the Mad River Valley looking for a couple more employees to join our field crew for the 2026 season! The season typically runs May through October with workdays Mon-Fri, 8-4 pm. This position will help with all aspects of the farm, but mostly with harvest, field work, and washing and packing. Starting pay is $17/hr (or more depending on experience) for full-time employees, with opportunity for pay increases as we train you on our systems.

-40 hours of paid time off accrued over the season with hours worked for full time employees
-$200 gear stipend after first month of employment with the expectation that it be used for clothing/gear to ensure employee comfort and safety in all weather and conditions

Qualifications include:
-Reliable and able to show up on time, ready to work
-Farm experience preferred but not required
-Able to work outside in all weather conditions
-Able to lift 50 pounds and be on your feet and knees for long periods of time
-Positive and respectful attitude towards the work and people around you
-Able to work effectively both in a team setting and independently as required.
-Able to complete work in a timely manner with great attention to detail
