Shared housing available

I live in an 1870's schoolhouse in South Londonderry. I am in the downstairs but the whole upstairs is unoccupied. The kitchen and living room are downstairs and shared. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a spare bed in the hall, plus a full bathroom. I have a dog, 2 cats, 7 sheep and a flock of chickens and quail. A pretty peaceful existence. We are on a back road and there's plenty of land to explore.

I am an older woman, self reliant and work at a nearby farm. I envision either one or two renters or a small family. I would welcome help with fencing if that fit.
