The Skinny Pancake is looking for opportunities to co-package or collaborate to better utilize our remarkable commissary in Winooski. We have a strong team there and they are hungry for growth. So, we're putting the word out that we're looking to expand our use of the space beyond just food production for The Skinny Pancake. See attached flyer.
Are you a farmer looking to minimally or fully process food? Are you a food producer in need of a larger facility or considering ways to outsource your work? We would be thrilled to find a way to use this great space and strong team to process food for other participants in our local food system. This could be minimally processing raw veggies, fully processing meals ready to eat or beyond. We could also explore sub-leasing the space during the afternoons or weekends in the right context. We have a loading doc and cold chain distribution available from the facility.
