Reciprocity is in the Roots!

Come together for a community and farm work day at Grandmother Cherry Sanctuary to deepen our relationships with each other and the land. Learn about biodynamic practices and spiritual relationship to elements as we build collective care energy working together.

When we care for the Earth, we are in a fully embodied practice of giving and receiving.

Projects include:

  • Berry patch maintenance – digging, pruning & lopping
  • Forest & tree care – moving wood
  • Plant diversity stewardship – removing buckthorn

Bring your gloves, boots, partners, friends, kids, and community friendly dogs to celebrate Earth Day for a day of land projects to prepare the sanctuary for the season of abundance. Grandmother Cherry Sanctuary supports community wellness offering medical plant medicine from our micro herb farm.

Potluck open air lunch – bring a lunch dish or snacks to share.

Donations collected to support the Nulhegan Band of the Coosuk Abenaki Nation.
