Vermont farmers, loggers, and townsfolk are working for a future of healthy land and strong communities. We are growing knowledge, topsoil, biodiversity, and nutrient-dense food.
Together, we can deepen topsoil, retain water, care for wildlife, and protect ourselves from flooding and drought.
Eat North Hollow Farm steak and other local farm food. Become part of a local community movement to grow strong land and foodsheds! Lunch is free, but please register so that we can prepare enough food for everyone.
We'll meet inside for lunch and presentations, then head out on the land to a nearby demonstration site at North Hollow Farm.
There will also be an on-site fruit & nut tree sale hosted by the White River Conservation District from 10 am - 1 pm.
This event is sponsored by:
The Land Care Cooperative, Land Web, White River Conservation District, North Hollow Farm, The Forrest & Frances Lattner Foundation, and Vermont Grass Farmers.
