With nothing more than some pantry staples and garden-grown veggies and herbs, you can support winter wellness for the whole family. Join herbalist and gardener Sophie Cassel to learn about two classic herbal preparations: Fire Cider and Four Thieves Vinegar! We'll discuss the lore and history of these two simple, vinegar-based medicines- from medieval plagues to modern trademark disputes! Everyone will go home with lots of recipes and some samples to try. This class is perfect for beginner or intermediate herbalists, gardeners with more herbs than they know what to do with, and anyone curious about simple ways to stay healthy this season.
