Fall and holiday parties are on the horizon, and what better way to tantalize your guests than with your own homemade chocolate fondue paired with Scott Farm fruit! We’ll learn to make chocolate fondue three ways with the artisan chocolatiers John and Dar from Tavernier Chocolates.

We will work off a basic chocolate fondue recipe, and explore three different ways to add ingredients for three very different flavor combinations. Working off a base recipe which we will make together, we will taste all three variations while discussing ideas for serving as a group. Participants will bring home recipes and a small container of fondue to enjoy at home (with fruit, of course!).

Sweet and Salty Chocolate Caramel Fondue with caramel sauce and warm spices perfect for apples, pears, toasts, or salty chips.

Bittersweet Chocolate Fondue with a fruit reduction to pair with berries and other fruits, bacon, potato chips, or cheddar.

Savory Chocolate Fondue with a fresh cider reduction, warm spices, and alpine style cheese or chèvre, just waiting for grilled meats, porcini mushrooms, or stone fruits.

Use them as a dip or a sauce for fruit desserts, pies, or even ice cream. However you use it, it’ll certainly be delicious. Chocolate + fruit is heaven on earth!

Workshop is limited to 12 people. Sign up now!
