Step into the sacred art of herbal smoking blends with Goddess Smoke—a divine formulation of Vermont-grown botanicals to support breath, ease tension, and connect you to the moment.

In this hands-on class, we’ll explore the properties, energetics, and traditional uses of each herb in this grounding and heart-opening blend, including:

• Hemp from NEK Hemp for body calm and centering

• Mullein, lavender, and rose petals from Railyard Apothecary to open the heart and lungs

• Horehound, gifted by Greenseed Herbals, for respiratory support and clearing

• Skullcap from Foster Farm Botanicals to gently unwind the nervous system

Participants will learn how to safely prepare and use herbal smoke as part of a personal ritual, wellness practice, or simply as a way to reconnect with breath and being.

Each attendee will leave with their own tin of Goddess Smoke and a deeper understanding of herbal allies for lung health, relaxation, and intuitive self-care.

No cannabis or tobacco will be used in this class. Suitable for all levels of experience with herbs.

Please note this class is free of charge for BIPOC participants. To register with this generous discount from Allyson, please email [email protected] and we will reserve a spot for you.

About our presenter:

Allyson Sprinkel is the founder and owner of Pepper Lee CBD. She has dedicated much of her adult life to expanding her plant knowledge, often learning from some of the great farmers, natives, and naturalists of Northern Vermont. She believes that whether you're just beginning or continuing your journey with plants, there is a profound sense of wellness that can arise from a humble coexistence with the natural world. By allowing ourselves to be open and enter into a relationship with nature—whether through ingesting plant medicine, sleeping outdoors, or simply going for a walk—these acts can have truly incredible effects over the course of a lifetime.
