Vermont needs food and farm security to stay resilient, especially in uncertain times. Vermont farmers and those who rely on them have been stepping up, advancing a Farm Security Fund and advocating for our request for state funding to support NOFA-VT's local food access programs.

The Farm Security Fund campaign has been deeply informed not only by our organizational partners, but also by YOU! Nearly 100 of you attended one of our Community Action Workshops this fall and winter, helping create a shared understanding of how climate change affects our farms and why they’re vital to Vermont’s future. Your input has been pivotal in shaping this legislation.

You've also been instrumental in advancing our request for state funding to support local food security programming like Crop Cash and Farm Share. We're excited to continue building on this momentum!

Join us via Zoom on Monday, March 17 from 6-7 pm for a mid-session campaign update. We’ll share updates on our efforts, next steps, and tools and resources to keep raising our voices together.

Now is the perfect time to join in!
