Committed to thoughtful land stewardship, Gus and Mollie focus on overall soil health through compost, cover crops, and plastic-free soil. At Glinnis Hill Farm, they want their local vegetables to be available to everyone, demonstrated through their sliding scale CSA model that they offer to their community! RSVP and enjoy dinner baked in NOFA-VT’s wood-fired pizza oven, followed by a farm tour.
