Join us on May 26 from 4–6 pm at Pearl Street Pizza for a restaurant visit designed for local farmers and restaurant professionals. Enjoy light refreshments while connecting with fellow food system peers and engaging in open conversation.

The Pearl Street Pizza team will share how they approach purchasing, menu planning, and working with local producers, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how sourcing decisions are made in a busy restaurant setting. The session will open into an informal dialogue where farmers and restaurant staff can exchange perspectives, ask questions, and build meaningful connections.

Participants will leave with practical insight into strengthening farm–restaurant partnerships, improving communication, and supporting vibrant local sourcing across Vermont.

These events are being produced by Wild Pear Creative LLC in partnership with the Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets.
