Come to The Putney Diner on June 16 from 4–6 pm for an event designed for local farmers and restaurant professionals. Enjoy light refreshments while connecting with fellow food system peers and engaging in open conversation.

The Putney Diner team will share how they approach purchasing, menu planning, and working with local producers, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how sourcing decisions are made in a busy restaurant setting. The session will open into an informal dialogue where farmers and restaurant staff can exchange perspectives, ask questions, and build meaningful connections.

These events are being produced by Wild Pear Creative LLC in partnership with the Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets.

This project is funded through a USDA Specialty Crop Block Grant held by the Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets.
