The Farm Between is a certified organic fruit farm and nursery that specializes in hardy and regionally appropriate fruit trees, berry bushes, native, and pollinator plants in Jeffersonville, VT. The Farm Between also hosts a Farm Stand for West Farm produce (our sister farm), along with seasonal fruit, eggs, dairy, meat and other local products.
