Grace Oedel has decades of experience leading mission-driven nonprofit organizations focused on farming, justice, and community resilience. She has previously worked on farms, schools, non-profits, and people's organizations in Maine, California, Massachusetts, and Vermont, including founding and running her own farm and educational center for years prior to moving to Vermont. Grace currently serves on the boards of the National Sustainable Agriculture Coalition, National Family Farm Coalition, Rights and Democracy, Milk with Dignity Standards Council, and the Better Selves Fellowship. She recently obtained rabbinical ordination from Pluralistic Rabbinic Seminary, deepening her heart-centered leadership approach. Grace leads a monthly Community Sing and is a big fan of dessert. She and her partner are raising three children on their urban homestead.
