Learn how to create a native pasture for both pollinators and livestock to share. Discover the magic of native warm-season grasses, some growing over 8 feet tall in a single season.

In this hands-on, all-ages workshop, participants will help seed a ⅓-acre meadow. You’ll learn which plants support vulnerable bees, butterflies, and moths in western Massachusetts, while also providing nutritious and palatable forage for livestock. We’ll share tips on site preparation and ongoing maintenance so your pasture can thrive for years to come.

Bring comfortable footwear and if you can, a five-gallon bucket!
