Union Brook Farm

Union Brook Farm primarily produces pasture raised and on farm processed chicken as well as forest raised pork and pasture raised chicken eggs. We vend year round at the Capital City Farmer's Market and also have a year round farmstand to shop right from the farm. Products that we raise and are available at our farmstand include raw milk, chicken and duck eggs, ground veal and pork + veal products, a wide variety of pork products, whole chickens and all chicken parts, various lamb cuts, farm merchandise and more depending on the season/availability.
